My Wine Review & Notes:
The Sant & Sede Blaufränkisch had a deep, pungent taste. It was heavily floral, and I didn’t really get any fruit notes–only flowery aromatics. At the same time, it seemed somewhat dry.
It had a quality about it that was almost nasal, but not in a bad way; it added a unique mineral quality to it. I’m not sure if I’d get it again, but it wasn’t bad.
