I thought this was an extremely solid Bordeaux blend, and an amazing choice from Mignon as usual.
The taste was aged and refined, somewhat complex without being overwhelming. Definitely interesting.
Very dry, without being heavy or overpowering. Not heavy, either. A real winner.
