My Wine Review & Notes:
The Les Equilibristes Hirsute Blend is fruity and pleasant.
It’s got some sort of apple or peach vibes going on, but it’s very zesty, that’s the main element of this wine. It feels on the thinner side (not in a bad way) and slightly higher in acid, I think?
Very light, but very enjoyable, and a great surprise. Nice.
